Trint is a fast-scaling SaaS business that uses AI to automate the transcription of audio and video for its media and corporate customers.
The challenge was to evolve an outdated brand and set Trint apart in an increasingly competitive market.
We needed a new story that went beyond the functional and captured why Trint really mattered.
THE BRAND STORY
Workshops, customer interviews and strategic exploration led us to a simple and powerful brand story.
Trint liberates users from the tedium of transcription and the pain of convoluted workflows. It gives customers the freedom to get joyfully lost in the meaningful part of their work.
THE VISUAL IDENTITY
Building on the brand story of liberation, the visual identity captures how it feels to use Trint. That sense of free flowing ideas and effortless technology. The joy that comes from getting lost in meaningful work.
A successful story must also come from within.
We created a brand book that captured the essence of the brand and how it needed to manifest at a practical level. This ensured everyone in the business could understand the new story, get excited, and get on board.
We designed a flexible visual toolkit that enabled the internal team to easily create new assets. Meanwhile, detailed, practical guidelines codified the visual identity to ensure consistency.
“As Trint transitioned from startup to scale up, we brought in the Lovelock team to help us evolve and mature our brand and brand messaging. From the beginning Joe and Adrian and the team approached the challenge with enthusiasm, curiosity and clear communication. They led the way, but it was a collaborative journey. The new logo exceeds our expectations. The brand image assets are clear, distinct and engaging. The messaging captures the essence of what we do. We are really pleased with the results.”
